Orders
Ordering at Spa-Nights is quick and easy:
- Browse and select your desired product.
- Click “Add to Cart.”
- Continue shopping or go to “View Cart.”
- When ready, proceed to “Checkout.”
- Fill in your shipping and payment details.
- Confirm your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping email with your invoice and tracking code.
- Enter your code during checkout in the “Discount Code” field.
- Codes may provide a fixed discount, free shipping, or a percentage off.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Be sure to enter the code exactly as provided (case-sensitive).
Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be changed via the website. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist you. If it has shipped, we’ll help you with a return process.
No. Only one discount code can be used per order. Choose the one that gives you the best deal!
Make sure to copy the code exactly as received, including upper/lowercase letters or symbols. Also check:
- Has the code expired?
- Has it already been used?
- Are the order value or products eligible?

Absolutely. After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link.
Use this to follow your package from dispatch to doorstep.
Yes! During checkout, simply select the option to ship to a different address. You may also choose a nearby pickup point (where available) for your convenience.
If delivery cannot be completed to your home or a nearby neighbor, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest pickup point. You’ll receive a card with a code and a track & trace link to locate your package.

Yes, all prices on Spa-Nights.com include applicable VAT based on Dutch regulations. You’ll see VAT itemized on your invoice.
Orders over €50 (or equivalent) qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under €50 are charged a flat rate based on your delivery country.
All import duties and taxes are pre-paid by Spa-Nights, so you won’t face any surprise costs.
No. At Spa-Nights, we pre-pay all import duties and taxes to ensure smooth delivery and no unexpected charges upon arrival.
Yes. If you created an account, your invoice is available under your order history.
If you checked out as a guest, email our support team at info@spa-nights.com with your order number, and we’ll send it to you.
Warrenty
Yes. All products sold by Spa-Nights come with a standard legal warranty.
If an item arrives damaged or becomes defective during normal use, please contact our support team with your order number and product details.
We'll guide you through the process and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns
You have 14 days to return a product after receiving it. To start the process:
- Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip.
- Return the item in its original, unused condition.
- Include all accessories and documentation.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are only covered if the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or body products cannot be returned.
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
